It's My Birthday, Thanksgiving is coming and I am reaching my stopover in San Diego

This has been a trip of a lifetime and still more to come.

I have been on the road since October 1st 2018 and am approaching my stopover point in San Diego for Thanksgiving, my Granddaughter's 2nd Birthday, Christmas and New Years.

Since my last blog (sorry), I have been awed by Mt. Rushmore, stunned by Devil's Tower, wowed by the views of Yellowstone, impressed and relaxed by the Butchart Gardens, captivated by the Giant Redwoods, bemused by Winchester House and just plain impressed by Hearst Castle.

The break will be good and allow me to spend time at Disneyland/California Adventure in Anaheim while spending time with family and my BFF.

If there is any ONE place I want to go back too....I can't decide. Each of the places I visited will change with the seasons and present new sights (well maybe not Devils 'Tower or the Redwoods). And their spring and summer views will be worth going back too in the future.

After my break, I have plans for Reno, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Sedona and Carlsbad Caverns before settling in the Austin Texas region and then planning my next travels.

I also have plans to continue my work (part time) Architecting systems for the Military, perhaps teach Open Systems Architecture, working with Wichita people in setting up unique STEM programs to train the next generation, continuing to write my SciFi and Historical Fiction books and spend time with the kids and grandkids. Maybe I will relax a little, but there is so much to do.

So, stay tuned...more to come.
